I might have eaten something wrong over the weekend. I vomitted badly on Sunday night and woke up on Monday morning with whole body aching, and gastric pain. Went to see a doctor and got a referral to a specialist in Mount Elizabeth this morning. The doctor suggested:
* Blood Test to check if I am lacking some nutrients due to my vegetarian diet;
* Ultrasound to check if I have stones in my gall bladder, pancreas and liver as these might give the same symtoms as gastric pain;
* Endoscope to detect if I have ulcers in my tummy.
Aung insisted that I go for all three of them.
So the doctor referred me to go for the ultrasound immediately. I would have to fast after midnight and go for the blood test and endoscope tomorrow.

Sorry to hear that you are unwell. Then better stop your exercise for a while first hor.
I hope the results are alright. Vegetarian diet could lead to shortage of certain nutrients is it. I'm not too sure on this, perhpas could check with the hospital. Take Care :)
I have once also got food poisoning after had fried mee at mamak stall.
Doctor asked me to drink 100 Plus. After that felt better.. Now I do not dare to eat at mamak stall...
